In addition to the villa, there is a 80 m2 house, which can be used either for your guests, your friends coming on holidays, or for the property attendants.

It has its independent electricity meter and solar water heater, nice covered veranda, a kitchen, living room, one bedroom, and bathroom. 


The villa has been totally renovated and significantly extended recently; the construction is very robust.
It gave the opportunity to add services:

Cables providing the possibility to have a separate internet wifi and TV at each floor.

A CCTV system has been set up, and when linked with internet, one can monitor the moving around the villa from where ever you are.

There is also a sophisticated  alarm system.

The property is fully fenced and the security fence lights are automatically switched on at dusk. 

The villa and the house have their own solar water heater.

To ensure the water supply to the property, two tanks are fed with the public water system and the water pressure is guaranteed at all floors by a pump. A second pump is ready to be installed in case of pump failure.    



The price: the price has been set up in line with the investment actually done, with the intention to sell the property. Not to dream about the moon........ (as it is often the case unfortunately in Seychelles.)

Presently, there is a tenant, meaning that we need 48 Hours notice to have access to the villa for visit, meaning also that we have a two months notice to give to the tenant after the signing of a promise of sale and payment of a deposit.
