Situee a BeauVallon, dans un endroit quelque peu cache, mais  a 10 minutes a pied de la plage, de ses restaurants et activites recreationelles, c'est un style de vie qui accompagne cette propriete.

Neanmoins la construction est solide, en bon etat, recente [8 ans] et a ete assemblee par une equippe d'employes sud africains qui sont venus specialement pour ce projet. La maison de plus de 400m2 compte au rez de chaussee, deux chambres, deux salles de bain, deux kichenettes, et une surface de 130 m2 qui est utilisee actuellement a des cours de Yoga et de Meditation, a l'occasion de la dance. A l'etage vous avez des deux verandas, la cuisine, le living, une chambre et salle de bain et un balcon sur les cotes.

Le bois est un materiau ideal pour les pays chaud et le visiteur sera frappe par la sensation de fraicheur au contact du bois.
